Erstmals ruft packstyle.de zur Wahl "Welt- Shorttracker des Jahres" auf. Gewählt werden kann in fünf Kategorien:
Sportwahl (männlich & weiblich): Schreibe uns deine je drei Topfavoriten in rein sportlicher Wertung. Wir vergeben Punkte (5,3,1). Sieger ist der Shorttracker mit den meisten Punkten.
Fan-Wahl (männlich und weiblich): Wer ist der coolste Typ? Wer hat den meisten Sex-Appeal? Wer ist der größte Spaßvogel? Was immer Euer Wohlgefallen erregt - schreibt je einen Läufer, dessen Fan ihr seid. Die Stimme ist freiwillig. Sieger ist der Läufer mit den meisten Stimmen.
Fair-Play-Preis: Diese Stimme ist freiwillig. Wenn ihr meint, dass ein Läufer (egal ob männlich oder weiblich) einen solchen Preis verdient hat, schreibt den Namen hin.
Teilnahme: Bitte nur einen Tipp pro Person abgeben. Getippt werden kann per E-Mail (nur ein Tipp pro E-Mail-Adresse) oder per Postkarte.
Einsendeschluss ist der 15. August, 2002.

Auszeichnung: Die Ehrenpreise an den Shorttracker der Saison sollen bei einer Shorttrackveranstaltung innerhalb der nächsten Saison übergeben werden.
Verlosung: Unter den Einsendern der Tipps werden Shorttrack-Souvenirs verlost. An der Verlosung nehmen alle Tipper teil.

For the first time we announce a voting to find the "World's Shorttrack Athletes Of The Season", to vote in five categories:
Sports Vote (male and female): Write down your male and female Numer one, two and three (getting 5, 3 and1 point) from your sports regarding point of view. Winner will be the athlete with the most points.
Fan Vote (male and female): You especially like somebody as a cool guy? Or a lovely pretty girl? Or a skating jester? Vote him and her (one name per gender) as your fan vote. It's an optional vote. Winner will be the athletes with the most mentions.
Fair-play-Vote: It is an optional vote. If you think that a skater (both genders in the same vote) is a special example for fair-play skating and behaviour, please, vote this person.
Voting: Only one vote per voting person. You can vote by sending an eMail (once only!) or a snail mail post card or letter.
